The caramelized onions and potatoes had a staring role in the flavor department as well mixing with the Marsala. Fall-off the bone tender pork bathed in a wonderfully flavorful Marsala sauce made this dish a hit. The pork shank was served in a rather deep oval baking pan (nice presentation ). I cannot begin to tell you what a flavor sensation this offering was. Ingredients: over a pound of pork shank, Marsala wine sauce, caramelized onions, mushrooms and garlic rosemary potatoes. For my entree I selected the Cremini Pork Shank. This appetizer is shareable you two but no more. The dish came with Romano's versions of tartar and cocktail sauces. I enjoyed this rendition with fresh calamari and most suitable seasonings. : ingredients- fresh calamari crisp fried, Calabrian pepper pesto, citrus black pepper aioli. ![]() For my starter I ordered Calamari Fritti. The bread was good and useful for dipping althrough the meal. Before I ordered my meal I was brought a square loaf of ciabatta bread and olive pesto dipping sauce which was served complimentary. The dinner menu was made up of appetizers, salads, pizza, pasta and a few entree type offerings, Menu selections were ample but not as broad as I thought. It was one of the very best cocktails I ever sipped. This drink had wonderful flavors of liquor's, and peach and black raspberry and was thick almost like a slush. Ingredients: Barcardi Rum, La Marca Prosecco, Valoroso Bianco, Peach Pur'ee, Black Raspberry. My beverage selection that evening was an Ultimate Bellini. The bar menu has a selection of cocktails, beer and wines. The dining room sits in the middle of the restaurant with the bar being found on the left as you enter and the open kitchen to the right further ahead. When entering Romano's you will notice that the ambience is done up in a wine cellar theme with wine bottles encased in the walls and strands of lights on wall edges. Romano's can be found in the McCarthy Ranch shopping complex which is sprawling with parking being plentiful. ![]() On OctoI had dinner at Romano's Macaroni Grill.
